They stated that a letter would be sent once the request was processed. Two weeks later, we followed up and were told the same thing. Another few weeks pass, and after another follow up, we are told letter will be sent. Finally, after 4 weeks a letter arrives stating that our request was denied due to - late payment, and a new request can be made after 1 year.
