Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Washington

I have made payments on this loan in the amounts shown on the payment coupons and statements. Sierra Pacific has not applied the funds to the loan and are now charging me interest and penalties and are threatening foreclosure. They have done this in the past and I am always wondering how many innocent people they actually cheat and steal from. How can they still be in business. They have done this to me 2 times.
