While I was talking to loandepot to find out how much lower my rate could be, they put me on hold and did a had credit inquiry without my permission. I received an Adverse Action Notice from the loan company making it sound like they denied me credit. When I view my account information on line there is no information as to the balance of the account after payments have been processed.
