I have an installment loan with Loan Depot. They do not send a monthly statement to inform me of how my payments are applied. When I view my account information on line there is no information as to the balance of the account after payments have been processed. In addition, the payment is auto drafted from my account on the - of every month by Loan Depot ; however, they do not apply the payment until the - of the month according to what they do post on line. I have tried to contact them and get passed around and no one will answer my questions. The last person I spoke to told me to call back and he would help me if no one else would. I left him a message and he did not return my call so I still do not know how much is left on my loan, how it is being applied, and why it is not processed when they take the funds from my account. I also do not understand why they do not send me a monthly statement.
