Zions Bancorporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 19, 2016 - I took out a loan in -/-/- for $15000.00. I recently called back on the -/-/- for a pay off qoute in which I paid. I never received a letter stating that the loan was paid in full, when I called about this I was told that I own more money. When I ask how much is still owed ot ask for an explination., I am told to call - at - but no one ever answers. This practive is simple extortion and a volation of the Fair Credit and Lending act. I also had to report this loan company before for turning mr into collections when the loan was NOT in default.... |

I called the customer service department for specific information about paying off this loan and no one was able to answer my questions or give me an appropriate payoff quote. Zions Bancorporation Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay October 26, 2016 - I opened this loan back in -/-/- and was scheduled to make manthyl payments of $460.00 for the next 36 months. A problem has developed where I can no longer afford to make these payments since my medical insurance premiums jumped over 500 % for -/-/-. I spoke to my attorney who advised me that I should file for chapter - bankruptcy and that I should contact the creditor about a refinance or a resonable payoff ( settlement ) quote. Zions Bancorporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 17, 2015 - I closed my Nevada State Bank checking account, but still have a credit card with them. The NSB teller closed my online banking account at the same time without my knowledge. I 've been unable to receive credit card statements by email or mail. I called multiple times asking them to send me a bill, but they could not help me with my request. Why ca n't I get a bill mailed to me? How hard is that! As a result NSB has now charged me late a fee. Since I have NO bills of any kind, I do n't know what I 've paid in late charges. Please help me Thank you. ... |
