Zions Bancorporation Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Arizona
I opened this loan back in -/-/- and was scheduled to make manthyl payments of $460.00 for the next 36 months. A problem has developed where I can no longer afford to make these payments since my medical insurance premiums jumped over 500 % for -/-/-. I spoke to my attorney who advised me that I should file for chapter - bankruptcy and that I should contact the creditor about a refinance or a resonable payoff ( settlement ) quote. In contacting the collections department and customer service I am finding that after - or more calls that they are trgfising to listen and cooperate. They either do not have any information to give me or tell me that they will not negotiate ; clearly ignoring and voilating all applicable federal and state laws. If we do not reach an agreement in which I can reasonably pay off this loan, I will be forced to play all audio recordings of these phone calls in open court, demonstrating their contempt and refusal to cooperate - resulting in the coutt ruling in my favor and forcing them to write off this debt and cease all collection efforts.
