I receive calls about 10-15 times per day and rarely do they leave a message. The only time they do leave messages is if they were able to speak with someone. They leave messages saying that it is an extreme emergency that they get a hold of me to discuss business matters regarding my account. This company has very poor customer service. Oportun Financial Corporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease September 16, 2016 - Oportun Inc. is a very scrupulous lender that charges high rates without proper disclosures and pulled my credit without my authorization. They also have made multiple threatening calls from collections and even came to my job and home to try to collect a payment from me in person. They make multiple calls to my job sometimes -10 times a day, eventhough I have told them that I can not take calls at work, and they are going to get me fired.
