Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

Progreso Financiero now known as Oportun has been harassing me to pay by calling not only my references but also my employer. I receive calls about 10-15 times per day and rarely do they leave a message. The only time they do leave messages is if they were able to speak with someone. They leave messages saying that it is an extreme emergency that they get a hold of me to discuss business matters regarding my account. This company has very poor customer service. Oportun should not be disclosing any of my private information with any of my references much less my employer. Oportun has violated my privacy rights.
