I have told them they have the wrong person and they have verified it on the phone with me via cross referencing the SS number of the account holder and my SS number. They contend they will take my information off the account each time I talk to them and then something pops up from them again every 3-4 months. The FTC has already removed this debt from my credit history and I do not know how they got this information. They sent me a computer generated copy someone printed out. No signature! All I 'm saying is I will pay them if they can supply proof I owe them.
