Midland credit management is attempting to collect on a debt that is not mine. I have started receiving collection letters from them in - of this year stating they are collecting on the bad debt that they purchased from - bank for the amount of $2200.00 for account # - however, I never had a - bank credit card or any other - bank accounts ... I have contacted - bank who confirmed there was NO bad or any outstanding debt from my to them. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL COLLECTION AND MIDLAND IS NOT WILLING TO DELETE THIS FROM MY CREDIT REPORT EVEN AFTER I SERVED THEM WITH A LETTER FROM - BANK STATING THERE WAS NEVER A BAD DEBT IN MY NAME WITH THEM!!!
