They falsely reported that I was convicted of a felony. After numerous lies being told to me and multiple dispute " tickets '' opened they say that they have updated - yet I am still being told that they have yet to hear. This is costing me financially. If they would have cleared up a honest mistake from the start I would n't be this frustrated but due to the gross negligence of their " investigation '' team I am suffering. The company failed to verify that the information matches completely with all my personal information given. They also failed to acknowledge ( FCRA 605 ( b ) ( 3 ) ; in which the length of time to report negative information, which is supposed to be a length of 7 years for negative information and unless the position applied for also will make over the amount of $75000.00 per year, per FCRA laws and regulations. '' In short, this is misleading, and makes no mention whatsoever of the fact that the charge itself was amended.
