Incorrect information on credit report Public record Tennessee

After disputing my criminal background history with the background investigation company they still report inaccurate negative information to perspective employers. The company failed to verify that the information matches completely with all my personal information given. They also failed to acknowledge ( FCRA 605 ( b ) ( 3 ) ; in which the length of time to report negative information, which is supposed to be a length of 7 years for negative information and unless the position applied for also will make over the amount of $75000.00 per year, per FCRA laws and regulations. The company also investigated beyond the 7 years I agreed to within the credit reporting application and reported information beyond the scope of my signed authorization to investigate with the annual income limit. The investigation company also failed to comply with FTC laws and regulations with the reporting of the information to verify that the factors of the crime is " disparate impact '' and " not job related and consistent with business necessity '' before making a decision or informing the perspective employer.
