I have tried contacting numbers for both companies provided online but they only will allow me to go to automated machines with no menu option for a customer service representative. Per NIST guidance, password maximum limit should be at least 64 characters ( and 8 should be the lowest minimum allowed - not the max, and not for sites containing sensitive data ). Citibank Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service November 27, 2016 - Citibank is reporting late payments on my credit report on accounts that were never late. There are several of these reports and when I asked them to validate these accounts since they were never late and they refused to correct the reporting, they failed to validate the account. When I asked them to remove the inaccurate reports, they just sent a letter asking for me to send them my credit reports instead of correcting what THEY are inaccurately reporting.... |
