May 23, 2016 - Delay of an average of 3 days between receipt and processing of my loan payment while allowing interest to continue accrue for that period. This extends the payoff of the principle on the loan by increasing monthly accrual of interest applied to the monthly payment. Have sent periodic payment via Certified Mail/Return Receipt Mail to track time between receipt and processing payment to get this average. Have spoken to Harley Davidson Financial Services on this, but they refuse to change the practice....
