I try but am unsuccessful on a regular basis to do all my business with this company on their Continental Finance website, but I have continual trouble logging in, which forces me to call my payment in over the phone. August 4, 2016 - I opened a Verve credit card through continentalfinance back in -, credit line was $500.00 min payment $35.00. In - when the year came up I closed the account as they charge $96.00 for a yearly fee and $60.00 for a yearly maintenance fee. October 26, 2015 - This is a formal complaint against Continental Finance ( - - ). There was an unauthorized charge on my card. I promptly reported it to my credit card company and they were very sluggish in resolving the issue. They sent out the required paperwork for me to sign to dispute the charge THREE WEEKS after I made the complaint despite the fact that I only had a limited amount of time to dispute the charge.
