good evening, First on -/-/2015 i applied and was approved for the Verve credit card throughContinental Finance.After activation the rep said we have charged your account - '' stunned i said why so much?? this rude women said very fast - monthly maintance fee,- if i call to make payment over the phone, and i now have to pay - up front i said no i 'm gon na wait till my due date '' .Which brings me forward to -/-/2015, I made-- online payment to them, well i was not aware you could not use a debit card .... so they waited u-til - - - said you went in and deleted your debit card on line and put in your checking account number right? I said yes because your site did not mention this.. very rudely the gettleman said that because i now paid 2 days early and changed the amount from - to - mind you the amount is only - well i have to send - - or money gram of return fee of - on top of the - to make up for the - that never even cleared bank of america.Meanwhile the revolked my account and reported me to credit bureau for - and being late.
