-/-/2016 Good Afternoon, I have currently a Continental Finance SURGE credit card. I try but am unsuccessful on a regular basis to do all my business with this company on their Continental Finance website, but I have continual trouble logging in, which forces me to call my payment in over the phone. Continental Finance is aware of this problem, and take my payment over the telephone, waiving the - phone pay fee for me. I signed up for paperless billing months ago, but I never received the emaisl indicating my bill was ready to view and/or pay. As a result, I missed two ( 2 ) payments, incurring late fees and a negative reporting to the credit reporting companies. I am trying to repair my credit, and this can only delay my progress in doing so. Also, I have had repeated difficulty signing onto the Continental Finance SURGE website, which is extremely frustrating. I have advised the company of this issue regularly when I contact customer service. As such, I have to contact a customer service rep via telephone, and make a payment over the phone. They always waive the fee due to their online issues.
