Barclays PLC Credit card late fee February 12, 2017 - have attempted to set up a monthly payment plan online with Barclaycard ( - credit card ) and still received payment due emails. I thought I had made a mistake in -, but now I know there is something faulty on their end. Barclays PLC Credit card late fee December 9, 2016 - Barclaycard does not credit - online payments when they are received. For a year prior to -/-/2016, all my payments were credited when received. Since -/-/2016, Barclays has not credited the payments until days after receipt, which generates interest and late charges on top of interest and late charges. At - ET, I was able to login and pay and was still assessed a $37.00 dollar fee. It is the second consecutive month where I was assessed this fee after paying minutes late due to login issues. I had made a call to not be late and provided my checking account number and was told by agent it went through. Later i find out it did not and i was charged fees for them in accurately entering my account info. My dispute was rejected and received a letter dated - -. We ordinarily pay the full balance each month, but we had been on vacation and our schedule was off, so we expected to be assessed some sort of late fee and/or interest.
