Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I had a late charge in which I disputed with Barclays. I had made a call to not be late and provided my checking account number and was told by agent it went through. Later i find out it did not and i was charged fees for them in accurately entering my account info. My dispute was rejected and received a letter dated - -. I called to ask how if could escalate and ask for another review and Barclays agent refused to provide additional info. Hence, I cancelled the card. I still want to appeal but after - conversation with - refusing to provide info on an appeal process I am filling this complaint.
