Capital One consumers have reported over 102 official complaints related to Rewards. Out of the 102 consumer complaints against Capital One, 19% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Capital One responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 30% of consumer complaints against Capital One resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 4% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

After waiting for several hours we were told the flight was cancelled. In conversations with Capital One they offered a flight two days later and also advised the return flight at the end of the week was also cancelled and they offered to replace that with a flight two days later as well. Capital One Credit card rewards September 27, 2015 - I applied for the - from Capitol based on the mailer I got which mentioned $1000.00 in bonus earnings on $1000.00 in purchases within 90 days of card opening. I 've made the purchases, but do n't see the bonus earnings.
