Capital One Credit card department,
Capital One discontinued my benefit of a Year End Statement Summary associated with my MasterCard, without giving written notice or informing me of the option to opt out of this change by cancelling the card 45 days before the change went in to effect. While attempting to resolve the issue with Capital One I was informed that the Year End Statement Summary would only be provided upon request, and when this service was requested by me, I was informed that it had been discontinued. This is a significant change in my and others opportunity to benefit from the use of this service.
