Capital One Credit card department,
Had cash back bonus available & over 3 months ago I called to have it applied to balance. Now the status of the card has changed and because they never did it 3 month ago now they wo n't. The card was Capital One and I just wanted my bonus to be used towards paying my debt and they did n't do their job then or now.Why is that ok that they do n't have to uphold their end of the contract but I do!
