I timely responded to their initial correspondence requesting proof of debt, including signed documentation proving I am personal liable to pay this debt. Such documents do not exist as I am not the original owner and never signed any. I emailed them to cancel it within the 120 day period and it was being disputed. Did not have any contact with debt collectors, assuming that this was taken care of.
