I lost one property to a foreclosure. There was a 1st and 2nd mortgage on that property. The 1st was taken care of in the foreclosure and the 2nd was sold off to numerous companies. I hired an attorney years ago to try to take care of this account. We continued to ask for proof of the loan which they could never produce. It has now been reporting as a 180 late mortgage only on -. We have disputed this numerous times and asking for proof of the loan. The company is Real Time Resolutions. Pursuant to the note I signed I began paying on the debt to - -. -/-/-, Real Time Resolutions attempted to collect on the same debt however I advised I was previously paying on the debt. They subsequently reported me to the credit bureau for a debt I was already paying on. I have filed with the credit bureaus and submitted supported documentation without a satisfactory resolution.... |

Every month they report a late payment on an open account, I have tried numerous times to stop this and they refuse. - has even called them with me on the phone to confirm that it is a closed collection account and they then admit that it is a closed collection account. They are not the original creditor to whom the debt was owned. I have disputed their reporting to -, - and now they are reporting expired debt that has passed the 7 year reporting time to -. At the time I purchased the property, I received a - loan with - - -. The 80 % was a conventional loan and the 20 % was an unattached note on the account.
