I also received email confirmation of my actions, but was later informed that the actions were not valid. The first action I took was to enroll in Auto Pay. I was placed as an authorized user on this credit account. -/-/- the account was closed and my family member continued payments until -/-/- at which time the account went delinquent. This was then placed on MY credit as a past due account. I have made multiple attempts to call Synchrony Bank and no one can pull up anything under my information.
