Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Sychrony Bank notified me via - mail of - things which are not aligned with actions I have taken, and which were confirmed on Synchrony 's internet site. I also received email confirmation of my actions, but was later informed that the actions were not valid. The first action I took was to enroll in Auto Pay. I received notice that I had un-enrolled in Auto Pay. I never un-enrolled. Second, I was notified that " my bank '' refused my initial Auto Pay installment. I was charged $27.00 late fee. Unable to contact them via phone because their IVR would not let me reach a Customer Service Rep.
