Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia
Synchrony Financial has locked me out of the account for almost 11 months. I try to access to pay the bill and the system will not recgonize my Correct information. Unable to access to pay the bill they have slapped me with horrendous finance charges. Ive call many times to no avail, files a dispute stating I can not access to pay with no result. Contacted their collection service and tried to explain with no result. No one seems to get the fact that I wanted to pay, I was several months ahead of the no intrest schedule when this happened. I have both audio and video recordings that prove their system is locking me out. No one will acknowledge this fact. I have hired an attorney to try to help me resolve at - per hour.
