Persolve, LLC - Legal - Series 2 Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt March 13, 2017 - I never received a letter or bill to my residence regarding this debt. Upon finding it on my credit report I contacted the collection company and requested further documentation to prove my debt via certified mail. It has been a month since I have yet to hear from the collection company. This medical collection is unrecognizable and is invalid due to lack of information. In - I had gotten laid off from my job and worked out a fixed payoff plan and had paid over $2000.00 by -. I missed - payment and they bounced the balance up to $6500.00 stating the reasoning was because of the payment arrangement that we had.
