I never received a letter or bill to my residence regarding this debt. Upon finding it on my credit report I contacted the collection company and requested further documentation to prove my debt via certified mail. It has been a month since I have yet to hear from the collection company. This medical collection is unrecognizable and is invalid due to lack of information. Collection company had failed to provide evidence.
