Wells Fargo & Company Consumer Loan shopping for a loan or lease October 14, 2016 - I got several calls from Wells Fargo regarding a late payment - my payment was not late they received and they took the payment and applied it to my principal - I have the cancelled check - they then proceeded to say I was 31 days late and did I not know how to manage money - the women named - was rude and abrasive - the issue was resolved but I was called the next day and treated the same way- IT WAS THERE ERROR and they were still calling me - I would never want anyone to be treated this way.... |

I told the finance manager I would have the funds to payoff the truck in 5-7 business days. They assigned Wells Fargo as the payee. They told me the payoff amount would be $42000.00 as stated in the sales contract and that I would make that payment to Wells Fargo. About a week later, I received a statement from Wells Fargo dated -/-/2016. The billing cycle due date on that statement as well as in the sales contract was -/-/2016. I received numerous calls from a rep stating that they could give me a lower interest rate of 1.99-3 % and when I decided to switch my loan, the loan officer stated my loan would be 7 % and I had an - credit score. I said that 's not right and the loan officer stated my loan with my precious bank was 12 % and after looking at my paperwork ; I realized the bank lied to me so I can have all my accounts with Wellsfargo.... |
