I have been making payments on this auto loan over the last 4 months, even though I am late with making the payments. I understand and take full responsibility for being late, but Wells Fargo Dealer Services wishes to do nothing to assist with helping me with being late. All they want is the money and the late fees on the loan continues to climb, which will eventually eclipse the amount due. No efforts are made to rectify this and no matter how much of a payment I make to the loan, they just continue to tack on more and more late fees and when asking about bringing the loan fully current next month, they only state that they will do nothing about the late fees. They state how much they wish to help me, but they do n't. They just want the money and they want to do nothing. They can not reduce the payment or do anything that will help me. All they are doing to help me is blow up my phone with calls, send threatening letters about how they will get their jollies off on taking my car, and how they want to continue to stick it to me with late fees. Eventually, the late fees will go over the total amount paid. I AM NOT PAYING THE LATE FEES. IF WELLS FARGO WANTS TO HELP ME THEN THEY NEED TO HELP ME AND NOT BE LIKE A PREDATOR.
