Bank of America Mortgage credit decision / underwriting May 13, 2015 - -/-/- I applied to Bank of America for refinancing of home due to scamming by current mortgage holder. -/-/- house was appraised; appraised value approximately $40,000 less than comparables. Made written complaint to BOA and multiple phone calls. Only responses came from local mortgage loan officer who had to get update from someone else. - day he was not there and was told previous Thursday was his last day on job. Seterus Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account April 28, 2015 - ( To preface this may be nothing but it is from Seterus and I do n't trust them. ) Seterus sent a letter on -/-/15 saying there was an escrow deficiency, they discovered this because they FINALLY paid my insurance and property taxes ( which you helped me with ). I could pay $1000.00 or just have it go on my mortgage as a higher mortgage payment.
