Prosper Loans is illegally reporting a past debt that is over 10 years old and I filed bankruptcy on to the credit bureaus. They are changing the dates to make it look like a more current loan so they can keep it negative on my credit. I filed bankruptcy on this debt 10 years ago and even the bankruptcy has been removed from my credit due to reporting time limit of ten years. I contacted prosper and they refuse to fix it and said to contact credit bureaus but they do n't do anything as. Prosper continues to report the debt and did so -/-/2016 as seen on the attached screenshot. I just wonder how many other people they have illegally done this too.
