I purchased a - Toyota Camry in - with gap insurance for $15000.00 using Prestige Financial. I became diligent for a few months when I lost my job and started a repayment plan. They had called all my family, my work, they threatened me by telling me I would go to jail, etc. Until I requested that we only communicate through email. It got better and they were set up to have direct deposit come out of my check as then they contacted a friend a few weeks after receiving my payments that they were to repo my car. It was actually in the process of being shipped from - to - where I picked it up and drove it to -. After a few months and continual harassment, even though they were getting their payments, the vehicle was acting up and the engine started on fire where the insurance deemed it to be totaled. After 2 years of payments of $ -/month and then the insurance paid prestige financial directly of $9900.00 for the total loss, they have now garnished my wages and I received the paperwork that they are garnishing for $14000.00. This is totally wrong, I had


payments history that they received from me. I also have several people and family member that they call and harass all the time, making threats, and even calling as an attorney to coarse them into having me call them when I have directly stated that they can only contact me via email so I can keep a record. Now most importantly I am having to pay for this vehicle for a - time because they lied about the amount owed. They have used and abused their power. The paperwork I received from payroll states that they served me and I have never been served from them and would request that they show documentation of being served. If I would have been served for this I would have went to court with all my documents to defend myself against their harassing and unethical behaviors. I would appreciate any assistance or help in finding a way to dissolve this issue and bring it to justice. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter and look forward to hearing from you.
