Even though I had enough in my overdraft account the check was returned. I was charged $36.00 by PNC for NSF. I had to pay $35.00 to my daycares bank for the check being returned and $13.00 to my daycare because they also have a return check fee. PNC only refunded the $36.00 that they charged me. ( - ) transactions were shown as pending on my account, in the amount of $270.00 and $290.00 for several days. They remained in pending status until the funds in my account were no longer sufficient to cover the transactions, then they went through 2 days later. After the transactions did not show as " pending '', I assumed the balance on my account was current, and budgeted off that balance.
