From the beginning I felt it was like a shell gave, every email was from a different person, based in -, and the company name was different. I was scheduled to close on - -, 2015. Due to lack of response from the title company ( which I was forced to use due to the online foreclosure purchase process ) the settlement statement to - for final approval was sent late thus missing the scheduled close date.
