This has been a on going issue with them. When I mail them something they say they never get it. I asked for a supervisor to call me on -/-/15 and they still have not called. I called back on -/-/15 and requested again a supervisor to call me. still no call from a supervisor. They told me last month they was going to mail statement I still have not received anything from them. This is going on 3 months now that it has been disputed! I have disputed this account that is showing on my Credit report. I have contacted the hospital and their -, 3rd party billers and they all show that I do not owe them any thing. In the past, my late fathers medical bills had been mixed with my bills because I cared for him and we shared the same doctors. I disputed the debt with the credit reporting agency.
