Medical Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Florida

Debt collection agency hired by - - - for services rendered on -/-/-. I called - and requested a copy of the itemized bill in - and did not receive it. I did not get a call, or any additional information until -/-/- from Optimum Outcomes - - -, Set - -, NC - - Collection Agency. I then called our - - who sent over the samples to be tested, and they stated that - claims they sent the itemized bill. My concern is how does this agency not validate a debt before posting on our credit report as required by the F.D.C.P.A. The bill has been paid in full, on -/-/-, the damage the credit report was done, and they do not want to take any responsibility for not following up on our request for itemized bill.
