Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt North Carolina

I disputed this account several times with them and with the credit bureau. This has been a on going issue with them. When I mail them something they say they never get it. I asked for a supervisor to call me on -/-/15 and they still have not called. I called back on -/-/15 and requested again a supervisor to call me. still no call from a supervisor. They told me last month they was going to mail statement I still have not received anything from them. This is going on 3 months now that it has been disputed! It should not take this long to get this issue resolved.
