Final agreement was signed on -/-/2015. However, after complete review with my son, and discomfort with changes in agreed Closing Fees and the percentage rate, I exercised my RIGHT TO CANCEL '' and mailed proper form ( -/-/15 @ - ) to Primary Residential Mortgage -. Primary Residential Mortgage Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account May 27, 2015 - I submitted my monthly mortgage payment to Primary Residential mortgage company via their PO Box address they provided. Payment was sent within the allowed time in -/-/- to satisfy the - 2015 mortgage payment. I contacted them on - - 2015 and asked if all was ok with my payment as they had not yet deposited it. They indicated they did not receive my payment and to send it again. I resent the payment with USPS - and got - confirmation. I then received a payment confirmation stating that payment was received '' I received a call from mortgage on -/-/15 saying that they were accessing a late fee and check bounce fee. I explained about my confirmation e-mail and they said that the reason no payment was made was because an incorrect acct # was entered. If that is correct then why did I receive a payment accepted '' confirmation e-mail. Sufficient funds were also in the bank so there never was a bounced check.
