They agreed that I was eligible for the in-network rate, that I owed nothing to the facility, but instead I owed $340.00 to the doctor to meet the remainder of my deductible. The doctor office and me was in disput on the amount owe and was waiting on the insurance company to say what the amount was. This happened more than once as seen by the differant dates. I was found to be - with - and was put on - -/-/2011. I recieved medicaid at that time. I also filled out a financial hardship form from the hospital that promised to pay most if not all of the bills. I submited the bills to medicaid too. They were suppose to pay bills up to two years before I was put on medicaid.... |
