Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

Choice Recovery is reporting to - that I owe them $280.00. I do not owe them nor have I ever owed them $280.00. I sent them a letter requesting a contract with my signature to pay this amount and they refused to comply. They said the debt was a debt that was transferred from a company called - - - - -. I contacted - - and they stated they have no record of this. If this item is not removed from my credit report immediately I am going to report this to the Ohio State Attorney General as well as file a lawsuit against Coice Recovery for defamation.
