I called for information and at first everything was okay. He began collecting my information. After about 30 minutes on the phone he asked that I provide sensitive information to him. I asked him if I could call him back, I then contacted my attorney to ask his advice. He told me to ask for a loan estimate from the loan officer. On -/-/15, after supplying Contour Mortgage with the last of the requested documents, which was an updated bank statement and gift letter. I have extended the purchase twice with the seller and now moving into a third extension, which will now cost me $ -day until the closing. Numerous attempts to rectify any and all problems, but emails and phone calls go unanswered or fall upon deaf ears if a human is reached.
