Southern Management Corp Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease July 18, 2016 - I received the attached advertisement in the mail. I did not solicit anyone for a loan. I called the number to stop receiving offers. The recording said they would need my 'Social Security Number '' in order to take my name permanently from their records. It is obvious that this is a scam to get people 's social security numbers. Additionally, the amount of interest equates to 92.52 % per year. I am pretty sure that is illegal. ( I have scratched out my info on the check so it can not be used )... |
Southern Management Corp Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease taking out the loan or lease December 5, 2015 - This company sent a live check to me which was cashed and I never applied for nor signed a contract with them. I was and have been unemployed since -/-/2015. they have reported to the credit bureas that i owe them - on - seperate lines. I have been harrassed by them coming to my home and communications by phone and mail. I have told them I have no account with them since we have no legal contract or any application. I think this company is some sort of scammer to get people of meager means to commit to them by sending out a live check to you even though they dont qualify for it due to ... |
