This company sent a live check to me which was cashed and I never applied for nor signed a contract with them. I was and have been unemployed since -/-/2015. they have reported to the credit bureas that i owe them - on - seperate lines. I have been harrassed by them coming to my home and communications by phone and mail. I have told them I have no account with them since we have no legal contract or any application. I think this company is some sort of scammer to get people of meager means to commit to them by sending out a live check to you even though they dont qualify for it due to thier finacial state. If you ca n't help me at least look into this type of lending practice
