December 20, 2016 - I changed banks and forgot to set up an automatic payment out of the new bank. I paid my payment when I realized the error, but the institution charged me a late fee. The next month I sent - payments to make sure I was current but they started calling about the $20.00 late fee obsessively. I paid the late fee and gave them a confirmation number and a date they will be getting the payment. The calls will not cease. They have been calling 3 times a day, 3 to 4 days a week since -/-/2016. August 4, 2015 - I took out a loan with - to have a procedure done. They quoted me for - dollars but only provided the doctor - and I still had a balance with the doctor of -. Moreover, I would pay back - dollars for three years - a month. I hit hard times so I missed - payments and also decided not to have the procedure done. I was told todat by the doctors office that - rescended their loan and that the doctors office sent them their money back.
