Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

I took out a loan with - to have a procedure done. They quoted me for - dollars but only provided the doctor - and I still had a balance with the doctor of -. Moreover, I would pay back - dollars for three years - a month. I hit hard times so I missed - payments and also decided not to have the procedure done. I was told todat by the doctors office that - rescended their loan and that the doctors office sent them their money back. So I should not have to pay anything because not only did they pull their money back I never got the procedure.
