I paid this loan off about 3 months ago so it confused me as to why this company was calling me saying I was being charged for a Breach of Contract. They asked me if I wanted to it the voluntary way and I agreed. The person who called threatened me with the - as I am an - - - personnel. Hewitt-Capital Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit January 28, 2016 - I received a call this morning from a group that identified themselves as a courier service that wanted to make sure that someone would be available at my home to receive legal documents.
