I contacted Advance Financial -/-/- and again -/-/- via telephone and I mailed a letter stating that I was aware of my account being behind and wanted to know if I could settle the account by making smaller payments and I received no response. I started receiving mailing from attorneys because I am being sued not only did they not respond they have now attached attorney fees and other fees. This will for sure force me into bankruptcy.... |

I have called and emailed the company asking them to reduce my APR to 36 %. They have failed to do so. My loan was for - and currently with all the fees they want me to pay back over - they are trapping me in debt. How am I supposed to pay this back when they prey on me. I helped this person out previously by paying her payment. However, I was never co-signer and I am not responsible for her account. Without my permission they have withdrawn - payments on 1 day for her account. Harpeth Financial Services, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 27, 2016 - I opened a payday loan with advance financial they immediately told me that because I took out a payday loan that I qualified for an installment loan also I ended up taking out the installment loan also. I may have made one payment on the installment loan before they told me they no longer offer payday loans or installment loans. They said I had to switch both loans to their new flex loan. Right after doing this I started asking a lot of questions which no one could answer. I spoke with a district manager who also could not explain how the loan works.
