Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

I currently have a " flex loan '' with advanced financial based in -, TN, I am currently in the - - and have been for 7 years. I have called and emailed the company asking them to reduce my APR to 36 %. They have failed to do so. My loan was for - and currently with all the fees they want me to pay back over - they are trapping me in debt. How am I supposed to pay this back when they prey on me. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and abuse. Please Help
